Learn about potatoes with Potato Council, covering three key topics: Health &Nutrition, Sustainability and Versatility & Taste. Educating children about the benefits of potatoes is set as a priority by the potato growers and businesses that fund the Potato Council, and the Cook Your Own Potatoes website does exactly that.

What’s new?

Cook Your Own Potatoes (CYOP) is a school’s resource site supporting Key Stage 3 Food Technology. It provides everything teachers need to cover healthy eating and the role potatoes play in a healthy balanced diet. An extensive resource bank provides useful recipes, videos, images, lesson activities and much more.

Howwill it help students?

This is a FREE resource for schools and there’s plenty on offer to get creative with to improve students’ knowledge and understanding of all things potato, with facts, skills and lots of inspiration.

Who are we?

What’s new?

Collins is producing resources for the new 2015 GCSEMaths specifications for AQA and Edexcel. Its Student Books have been accepted on to the AQA approval process and the
